Bedroom sets

A room for rest

The bedroom is where your day starts and ends, so its furniture should be calm, beautiful and practical. Mahd Mobl Iran bedroom sets include a bed, nightstands, dresser, dressing table and mirror, and in many designs a wardrobe, all designed to coordinate; each piece is also available separately.

Types of bedroom set

• Double and bridal sets: complete sets for couples, with a double bed for a 160 or 180 × 200 cm mattress; the most popular choice for a new home.
• Single sets: for small, student and guest rooms.
• Teen sets: with a desk, shelving and extra storage for the school years.
• Kids sets: with rounded edges, safe finishes and cheerful designs.

Tips for buying a bedroom set

Room size: leave at least 60 cm beside the bed and in front of the wardrobe and dresser so doors and drawers open easily. In a small room, sliding wardrobe doors and a storage bed work better.

Carcass: good-quality MDF with a scratch-resistant finish resists damp and warping. Edges should be fully sealed with PVC edging.

Hardware: soft-close hinges and runners extend the life of wardrobes and drawers and stop them slamming.

Bed and mattress: match the bed to the mattress and check the strength of the base, whether wooden slats or a metal grid.
