What we collect
- Mobile number: to sign you in with a one-time code, place orders and send order-status SMS.
- Name and delivery address: only to deliver your order and issue an invoice.
- Email (optional): if you want invoices or our newsletter by email.
- Files you upload: such as transfer receipts, room photos for a consultation or a business licence for a dealership. These are private and only authorised staff can see them.
- Technical visit data: such as browser type and pages viewed, in aggregate, to improve the site.
How we use it
Your information is used only to process and deliver orders, answer requests, send order updates and, with your consent, promotional messages. You can opt out of promotions at any time by replying "stop" or contacting us.
Sharing
We never sell your information. It is shared only as far as necessary with:
- the freight company, to deliver your order (name, phone and address)
- the payment gateway or installment service you choose, to process payment
- our SMS provider, to send sign-in codes and updates
- legal authorities, on formal request
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Sign-in codes are stored hashed and deleted after use. Your card details are never stored on our site; payment happens on the bank gateway's secure page.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, wishlist and sign-in. Clearing them removes the cart and saved lists on that device.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Order records are kept for the period required by tax law.
