Delivery options
Freight Because furniture is bulky, we ship by freight to your door. The cost depends on the destination province and number of items and is shown at checkout before you pay. The base cost for every province is listed below.
Free delivery Orders above the free-delivery threshold ship with no freight charge. The current threshold is shown in your cart.
Pickup from the Malayer showroom If you are in or near Malayer, you can collect your order from the showroom for free. Call before you come so the order is ready for loading.
Delivery times
In-stock items are usually handed to the freight company within one to three working days. Transit to your city takes two to seven working days depending on distance. Made-to-order pieces have a separate production time shown on the product page.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped in protective foam, bubble wrap and heavy cardboard. Corners and legs are protected separately and each box is labelled with your order number.
On delivery
- Inspect the packages for knocks or tears before signing the waybill.
- If you see damage, photograph it and note it on the waybill.
- Report any problem with photos within 24 hours by WhatsApp or phone so we can follow it up.
Carrying and assembly
The freight company delivers to your door. Carrying furniture to upper floors in buildings without a lift is arranged with local porters by the customer. Most sofas arrive assembled apart from screw-in legs; bedroom sets and wardrobes come with assembly instructions.
