Right of withdrawal
Under Iran's e-commerce law, online buyers may cancel a purchase within seven working days of delivery without giving a reason, provided that:
- the item is unused and returned in the condition it was delivered, with its packaging and parts;
- the item is not made to order. Pieces built to your chosen size, fabric or colour are not covered by the right of withdrawal, except for manufacturing defects.
When you withdraw, freight costs both ways are paid by the buyer, and the price of the item is refunded to your card or account within ten working days of the item reaching our warehouse and passing inspection.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:
- Let us know within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and a short description.
- Our team reviews it and tells you the remedy: on-site repair, a replacement part, or a full replacement.
- In this case all carriage and repair costs are paid by Mahd Mobl Iran.
Wrong item
If what arrives differs from your order (design, colour or fabric), we replace it at no cost.
Colour on screen
Fabric colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. If you are unsure, ask for a real photo or a fabric sample before ordering; a minor difference caused by screen settings is not a defect.
