Terms & conditions

Using the Mahd Mobl Iran website and placing an order means you accept the terms below, which follow Iran’s e-commerce and consumer-protection laws.

Orders

  • Placing an order requires verifying your mobile number with an SMS code. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered (name, address, postal code and phone).
  • An order is confirmed after successful payment, approval of a transfer receipt, or approval by the installment provider.
  • If there is an obvious error in price or stock, Mahd Mobl Iran may cancel the order before dispatch and refund the full amount.

Prices

  • Prices are in Toman and include everything except freight, which is shown separately at checkout.
  • Products marked "Call for price" are priced after a phone consultation.
  • Discounts and coupons cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather or road conditions, do not cancel an order, but we follow your shipment throughout. See "Shipping & delivery" for details.

Withdrawal, returns and warranty

The conditions for withdrawal, returns and warranty are set out on the "Returns & exchanges" and "Warranty & after-sales" pages and form part of these terms.

Made-to-order products

Pieces built to a buyer's own size, fabric or specification cannot be cancelled once production starts. Deposits for such orders are refunded only if we are unable to produce them.

Wholesale

Wholesale prices apply only to approved dealers and the stated minimum quantities, and may not be published.
